Where are you located?

Our primary depot is located in the outskirts of Spalding, Lincolnshire. We also have additional fleet vehicles based in Barnsley. 

Where can you deliver?

We are equipped to make deliveries across the UK including Central London. Please get in touch with your specific requirements for more detail. 

What are your opening times?

Our offices are staffed Monday - Friday and we have dedicated out of hours personnel available to answer any queries you have about your shipment whilst it is in our hands. 

How can I check the progress of our load?

Our fleet is fitted with top of the range tracking devices which means we can monitor their progress 24/7 in real time. If you would like updated ETA's or a progress update on the journey then all you need to do is ask. 

What are your payment terms?

Payment is on invoice and we kindly ask that all payments are settled in full within 30 days. 

Do you only offer same-day delivery?

Not at all! Whilst most of our clients request their deliveries are made on the same day, we do have secure warehousing facilities which means we can store non-perishable goods until the appropriate delivery time. This also helps us to improve the efficiency of our routes and reduce our environmental impact.
